Lockable and fixed firmly, embedded, anchor on pool deck, used for lane posts (item 1013001), posts for backstroke (2018001) or turnboard (2018004) and for different pool ladders (item 2012001).

Floor anchor can be equipped with permanent cover so as to meet safety standards when not in use. Levelled or inclination of 4° or 8°.

Requires recess drilled embed of 150x150x150mm or drilled hole Ø 150mm depth 150mm. Anchors are embedded and fixed with epoxy. Placement of anchor should have at least 75mm construction concrete on all sides and at least 50mm from reinforcementbar in concrete. Earth-bonding (see 6mm pre-drilled hole* on bottom surface) recommended

Ball release

Article Number: 1514007

The ball release is used for the start of play of water polo matches. Retained on the half distance line, the ball is put into play when the ball release is submerged by pulling the rope from the side of the pool, allowing for fair and accurate starts every time.

Manufactured from EVA foam, high density plastic and stainless steel, it is designed to hold both men and women water polo balls. In order to use this release system, two eyebolts need to be installed at the bottom of the pool.

The ball release needs to have 2 underwater anchors (art no 2010003) + 1 deck anchor

Goal Line

Official FINA water polo goal line - made by Malmsten in Sweden - in the Games since 1976,

The width of the field of play shall be 20m and the goal lines holds the free floating goals in position with 2 goal lines each side and for the wall hanged goal 1 goal line each side.
On one side - close to the field line - of the water polo goal there is the red re-entry area - red box - demarcation of 2 meters.
Goal lines are affixed in pool wall and made to measure and according to pool width. Most often field of play is centred in pool and goal lines made from 100mm/4" material complete with take-up reel and tension spring.
When using 8 goal line, 4 are with the red re-entry markings and 4 are all white.
