Loistava pullari raskasjalkaiselle

Jos jaloissa on paljon lihasta/massaa suhteessa muuhun kroppaan niin tämä pullari jaksaa kannatella alavartaloa hyvin. Paksumman osan osoittaessa uidessa alaspäin tämä boostaa myös vartalonkiertoa vapaauinnissa hyvin. Volttikäännöksessä tämän kanssa saa olla tarkkana varsinkin paksu puoli alaspäin uidessa, koska pullari tahtoo ainakin minun taidoilla estää käännöksen jälkeisen kääntymisen takaisin vatsalleen. Treenin myötä asia kuitenkin helpottuu.
